My professional background makes me uniquely qualified to provide students with the skilled, personalized tutoring they need. Prior to becoming an educator, I had a successful career as a social worker and psychotherapist, providing guidance for parents, children, and adolescents. As a tutor, I combine these skills with my passion for reading, writing and teaching to help students learn in the ways most effective for them.
